Analysis : 

As per log file , Tried to see JCO Destination from Webdynpro Content Administrator by navigating from Content Administrator -> Webdynpro.Even though Admin user have Administrator group and relevant permissions , Maintain JCO Destinations tab is not enabled.


Tried to check JCO destinations by opening specific webdynpro application but they were not visible as like below.


Now Tried to test SLD Connection by using Check SLD Connection button in the above screen shot .

When Tested connection , it didn't open SLD Connection. Checked SLD Server and it is running server. Checked the user configured in above screen shot which was used for SLD communication and found it as locked.

Solution :

Unlocked the SLD Communication user from user administration and able to see all JCO Destinations from webdynpro content administrator.Issue resolved.
