You have accessed the Component Monitor in Runtime Workbench. When selecting Integration Server > Integration Engine, some of the availability details are displayed with "red" or "grey" status.
- "Red" status: the component is not started or is hanging.
- "Grey" status: local solution manager agent is not working properly.
Do RFC test via transaction SM59. For load balancing, check if the following information is provided:
- Target system: SID
- Msg. Server: message server host
- Group: PUBLIC
- User: PIRWBUSER
Check agent status in a browser via http://<solman>:<port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter, or transaction SOLMAN_WORKCENTER > Root Cause Analysis > Agent Administration.
The metric indicates whether Integration Engine is locally available by a "ping" check via RFC connection test.
