Who Are We?

We are the Regional Implementations Group (RIG) for the Americas, focusing on Process Integration (PI).  We provide the link between the PI development organization and the users of PI.  The users can include customers, consultants, and business partners and integrators.  Our work typically consists of the following:

  • Feedback projects to development regarding the features/functionalities of the software.
  • Test the usability and quality of new release and updates before general availability.
  • Knowledge-enable the PI community with product usage through how-to guides, blogs, presentations, demos, etc.
  • Provide architectural and QA reviews to customer projects.
  • Provide specialized assisteance to projects requiring specific skills, e.g. B2B integration, adapter and user-module development, performance tuning, hardware planning
