Robert Max is responsible for availability and service level management at the Coca-Cola Enterprises Corporation which has a federated infrastructure of nine SAP production systems supporting thousands of users on two continents. His previous roles include manager of SAP Infrastructure, manager of UNIX and storage systems, manager of a Global Performance Management and Capacity Planning Center supporting more than 40 countries and manager of an EnterpriseSystemsManagementCenter at The Coca-Cola Company. In the past, Robert has also taught baccalaureate level information systems (IS) courses for Indiana University and Purdue University at Indianapolis. I am developing my skills in SAP's End to End Solution Operations and I have presented at both the ASUG Annual Conferences and SAP TechEd on the topic of Delivering Continuous Availability of Your SAP Solution.
