Have worked over 19 years in a variety of marketing, sales, management and business development positions for both start-up and established application software companies, including HTE, JDEdwards and PeopleSoft. Extensive experience developing and executing product, industry, marketing communication and sales strategies across various market segments, notably public sector, professional services and utilities. Well-versed in creating cost-effective marketing programs that drive brand awareness and high-quality leads across emerging and mature solution, industry and geographic categories.

On a personal note, I grew up oversees (Taiwan, Thailand, Laos, Cameroon, Australia), graduated Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, post-graduate MBA studies at University of Denver, and am married with one daughter. My primary outside of work interest is alpine mountaineering.

I was co-lead along with Peg Kates from the SAP Industry Solution Management team on the "Public ROI" project at SAP in 2005 - 2006, and worked extensively with the Center for Technology in Government ("CTG"), at the University of New York, Albany. This project developed a new measurement / assessment methodology for governments to determine the operational, social and political value of their IT investments.
