Purpose:

  • Prerequisites for 720/721 EXT and higher kernels on Windows .

Overview:

  • C-runtime files missing.
  •  MSVCP100.dll.
  • MSVCR100.dll.

Procedure: 

 Install the Microsoft C-runtime and reboot Windows.

    Awesome info!  Just saved me additional hours and trying to find a random dll to get a system to not only start, but to re-register with the MMC!
