Due to an error, the ADS can be stop or not installed.
Please check ADS status in NWA.
Go back and test ADS again!
- Navigate to http://<host>:<port>/nwa to start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator. <host> is the AS Java where the Web Dynpro application is installed and <port> is the HTTP port of the AS Java.
- Choose Operations -> System -> Application Manager
- Find in "Installed Functionality" Adobe Document Services
- Status light should be green and OK.
- If status light is different try to "START" ADS.
- If ADS can't be found, ADS is not installed in the system.
