Description

Due to an error, the ADS can be stop or not installed.

Solution

Please check ADS status in NWA.

 

Go back and test ADS again!


Hints
  1. Navigate to http://<host>:<port>/nwa to start the SAP NetWeaver Administrator. <host> is the AS Java where the Web Dynpro application is installed and <port> is the HTTP port of the AS Java.
  2. Choose Operations -> System -> Application Manager
  3. Find in "Installed Functionality" Adobe Document Services
  4. Status light should be green and OK.
  5. If status light is different try to "START" ADS.
  6. If ADS can't be found, ADS is not installed in the system.
