  1. Hello ,

I have faced simillar issue where all babckground jobs were filing with error "Error 28 for write/read access to a file".

We have check for sufficient space in global directory as global directory is where job logs were written. We had sufficient space but jobs were failing .

Later we have noticed that inode has reached 100%.

In this cases, please try to check inode value aswell. Clearing old files has freed up inode. Later jobs started running fine.

  2. @ Sandeep - Yes.. You are right. The inode had reached 100% in my case also. Once we removed the older files, jobs started processing.

    Thanks for your answer
