In this demo we will display standard text (So10) in Adobe form providing functionality of flowing of data in multiple lines.

STEPS FOR CREATING TEXT IN SO10.

Step1: Go to SO10 transaction.
       
           Enter Text Name: ZDEMO_INCLUDE_TEXT, and click on Create Button.

 

Step 2:  Enter Text which you want to display in form and press Save button.
 STEPS FOR CREATING INTERFACE.

Step1: Go to SFP transaction and create interface for the Adobe form.
      
   Interface name: ZDEMO_INCLUDE_TEXT.

 

Step2: Give short Description and Click on Save.

Note: Maintain Interface type ABAP-Dictionary Base interface. (IN ECC6.0 Version)

Step3:  Save and Activate the Interface

STEPS FOR CREATING FORM.

Step1: Go to SFP Transaction.

Enter Form Name: ZDEMO_INCLUDE_TEXT.

Click on Create.

 

Step2:

Give Short Description and give Interface that we have created above ('ZDEMO_INCLUDE_TEXT')

Step3: 

Right Click on Form name in the context tab , move the cursor to create and select 'TEXT'.


Step4:

Select Text. and click on Properties.

Step 5:

Change the Text Type to 'Include Text'.

 

 

Step 6:

Click on YES.

 

Step 7: Give the values of include text as mentioned below. It is the Standard text name that you have created above.

Text Name       : 'ZDEMO_INCLUDE_TEXT'
Text Object      : 'TEXT'
Text ID             : 'ST'
Text Language : 'EN'

Or

 Use the F4 help to select the Standard Text that you have created.


Step 8:

Now click on Layout tab.


Step 9:

Change the Content area name in the Hierarchy tab as 'Contentarea1' and the name of Subform as 'Textarea1'. Resize the content area accordingly in the Master Page tab.

Now Drag and Drop Text from Library window into master page. It is for the Heading.

Step 10:

Change the text to 'DEMO ON INLCUDE TEXT' in the Static Text which you have dragged and dropped and resize accordingly.
 
Step 11:

Now Switch to Data View tab and drag and drop text in to content area of body page.

Step 12:

Click on Text from Data View tab, then go to Palettes and select Object.

Step 13 & 14:
 
Change properties of  Text field as shown below:

 



Step 15:

Select subform 'Textarea1' in the Hierarchy tab, go to palettes and select object and change properties of Textarea1 in the object window as show below:
Step 16: Set the overflow properties of subform as shown below:
 

           
Step 17:

Click on SAVE and activate the form.

Then press execute to test the form.

 
Click on Execute
