You distribute BI data as precalculated documents in various formats (such as PDF, MHTML, HTML, XLS) or as online links with different channels (portal, e-mail, or printer). Distribution is either ad hoc, scheduled, or alert-based. The BEx Broadcaster is available for this purpose. For broadcasting of workbooks the Precalculation Server is used.
