The installation check tool 'nwcheckworkstation.exe' collects installation details which helps to identify inconsistency during installation.


Step1:

  • Press Start - Run

Step2:

  • Enter "nwcheckworkstation"
  • Press OK

Step 3:

  • wizard will appear
  • Press NEXT

Step 4:

  • Select Checkbox "Collect diagnostic information for SAP Support"
  • Press CLOSE

 Step 5:

  • The file SapCheckWksta.cab contains the result
  • Zip and Attach this file in the Customer Incident or archive for future use.
