Please be aware that chief position in BW is not the same as in PPOSE.
In BW we have following definition for 0POS_CHIEF. Below is the
related explanation for 0POS_CHIEF:
This characteristic covers both the following cases:
1. The characteristic indicates all positions that, as chief positions, head one or more organizational units # from a
technical viewpoint, there is an A/B012 relationship between the position and one or more organizational units # and are
in charge of the following positions:
a. All positions in the subordinate organizational unit, except those that are led from elsewhere through the
position hierarchy. Technically speaking, there is an A/B002 relationship between those positions.
b. The chief positions of the organizational units that report directly to the subordinate organizational unit,
or, if those organizational units have no chief positions, then all positions in the organizational
units, again except those led from elsewhere through the position hierarchy (see above).
2. The characteristic indicates all positions that lead other positions through the position hierarchy, and therefore,
technically speaking, have an A/B002 relationship with those positions.
