When opening an incident related to SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, edition for Microsoft Office, the connections below may be requested by SAP in order to further investigate the issue/scenario:

The necessary connections may be different depending on the scenarios below:

Issue occurs when connected to a BW system:

Issue occurs when connected directly to HANA in AO 2.x version:

BOE / BI platform is involved on the scenario:

  • HTTP Connect - URLAccess (note 592085-> OBS: The URL of the BI platform must be set

Issue occurring when scheduling Analysis workbooks in BI platform:

  • HTTP Connect - URLAccess (note 592085)  -> OBS: The URL of the BI platform must be set
  • WTS connection to the BOE server where the AO BIP ADD-ON is installed (note 605795)

Issue occurs on a specific machine:

  • WTS connection to the affected machine (note 605795)
  • + The necessary connections above depending on the scenario.
