Forward Fit information is not maintained anymore. We just have a note in the Excel spreadsheet saying (red):
"Note: The forward information will no longer be maintained in this document for releases that are released after July 18 2014. Please refer to the issue SAP notes for their associated forward fit information. "
I have not seen this in place for SAP Notes yet, for example 2099294.

I Agree Denis, I too liked the Excel forward fit file, gives a broader FF inclusion.
I think in that note you quoted 2099294, once it will have an initial fix the FF will be displayed as well.
