To help troubleshoot different issues we rely on several tools. We use them to create files, read logs and speed up the analysis of Incidents. We want to share how we do our troubleshooting, so we're also sharing which tools we tend to use.
This section is divided into two:
3rd Party Tools - Tools which SAP Support uses to attempt to resolve BI Platform issues but are from different vendors.
SAP Tools - Tools which SAP Support uses and are made or provided by SAP.
