The Universe Analyzer allows an administrator to validate the universes in the BI landscape against the database that they are based on. Any inconsitencies or issues found in the Universe are reported back and details are provided in the report output.
Running the Universe Analyzer
- Click on Landscape Tools → Universe Analyzer
- Click Submit and logon to the desired CMS system
- Select the Universes that you want to analyze and click Submit. Note, this analysis can take some time depending on how many Universes are selected.
- The test results are displayed in the report
- The report output can be saved in HTML format. To save, click File → Save → Save Landscape Analysis.
