- Sometimes the UWL caches some old and outdated task instances. Try a manual refresh of the UWL via its toolbar and check if the problem still persists.
- Is it really the same task instance? You could check by changing the status of the first one and see if the other one changes its status as well. If so, check if there are multiple UWL connectors pointing to the same BPM system (» how-to). In this case both connectors would populate their results into the UWL which would explain the duplicate. Remove the not appropriate one.
