1) The Software will be integrated with the interaction center in SAP CRM.
2) The interaction center in SAP CRM has been configured, has been tested and is ready to go-live.
3) All of the following hardware requirements are available prior to project start date.
3.1 ) Gateway IP
3.3) Agent workstations
3.4) Communication channels(PSTN/WAN connection)
4) SQL software database cluster prior to the configuration of the SAP BCM.
