To configure and enable Help Center in WebUI, kindly follow the steps below:

1. In your SAP CRM system, go to transaction SM30. Enter table name IWREFERENC, then select "Edit".

2. Select "Position..." and enter the following UUID:
46E0F87E515A0C81E10000000A421457

3. Delete the table row with UUID 46E0F87E515A0C81E10000000A421457

4. Add a new entry to the table with the following entries:

5. Save the table.

6. Execute transaction SPRO and choose SAP NetWeaver -> Knowledge Management -> Settings in the Application System -> Sequence of Enhancements. Delete the entry Add-on Id = B2B.

7.  Execute transaction SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> SAP NetWeaver -> Knowledge Management -> Settings in Application.

8.  Choose Usage of Help Type "Dynamic Help"

9.  Verify that the path to the documentation is correct.

Local File Server:

                              Go to tab "PlainHTMLFile" and fill the entries as follows:

                              Variant: enter a name for the variant, for example "HelpEnglish1"

                              Platform: "WN32" if you are using Microsoft Windows, else select from the F4 help.

                              Area: "XML_DOCU"

                             Path: Enter the path where the help is stored, for example "\\fileserver00\helpfiles\"

                             "Language": Enter the language key, for example "EN" for English or "DE" for German.

                             "Default": Select one language entry as a default. This will be the fallback entry in case a language is not available.

                             To make the help available in several languages, you need to add one additional line per language, with a different variant name and language key.

                            Save your entries.

Web Server:

                           Go to tab "PlainHTMLHttp" and fill the entries as follows:

                           Variant: enter a name for the variant, for example "HelpEnglish1"

                          "Platform": "WN32" if you are using Microsoft Windows, else select from the F4 help.

10.  Enabled Help Center by following the path:

                         transaction SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> SAP NetWeaver -> Knowledge Management -> Help Center -> Help Center -> Switch On Help   Center in System.

11.  Enter the path where the help files are located:

                        transaction SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG -> SAP NetWeaver -> Knowledge Management -> Help Center -> Define Network Folder for Help Center Files

12.  Verify that the help files are also unpacked at the destination and users have access rights to it.
