Sorry to bother you, I have a technical question about the SAP CRM Express Enhanced Email Integration. Our customer is currently asking us to pass the emails
related to a crm document to an external system in an .eml format. I must say that the client-type integration was chosen. In order to avoid creating the .eml files
ourselves based on the info that we have in CRM (message text and attachments) we were wondering if your solution is covering this part.
So regarding the emails attached to the actions created - in what format are these emails attached? does the file also contains the email's attachments?
