By default in EP 7.0 user mapping is not enabled for personalize link, User Mapping can be performed through
User Administration -> Identity management for which only administrators have access.
This wiki will describe how to enable the user mapping for End users.
Fig 1 : User Mapping is not enabled
Step 1 : Navigate to Content Administration -> Content Provided by SAP ->End User Content -> Standard Portal Users
-> Worksets-> Portal Personalize workset.
Select User Mapping page and click on properties and ensure that No is selected for the property Invisible in Navigation areas.
Step 2 : Save the Portal Personalize workset and login again to the portal,now User mapping should be visible when we click on personalize link
