For companies not having HR, RFKQSE11. (After RFKQST00). 

*Model 340 does not have to be issued since 2017. For these reasons RFIDESM340 was removed, and there is no plan to make it available.

Four (out of the seven books) of model 340 were provided with report RFIDESM340. These four books were:
