The transaction GCDE deleted only the business data.
The content of the object table are technical information which is necessary for updating the totals.
Whenever the system updates an existing totals record it requires the information from the object table.
In case transaction GCDE also deleted the object table entries then this would lead to an inacceptable running time
as the system must check if there are other combinations in different years.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconsistencies the object table data should be only deleted when the totals table is completely empty.
