- Generate absence quota 2 days per month for every employee.
If employee is hired: Before 10th he will be able to have 2 days in his absence quota. From 10th to 20th: 1day. From 21st to end of this month: 0 day
- Generate absence quota : 20 working days, employee has 1 day in Absence Quota.
- Carry forward Absence Quota from current year to next year
