The following steps will take us to the solution.

Define the Selection Rule as follows.

First Column : In the above selection rule In the Day Type for Week Days (First Column) it has been configured as, blank in the First Place, which means Day Type 0-Work and Paid, & Holiday Class 0-Not a Public Holiday. This is to set it as working day as if for the normal rules. Second Place Day Type 1-Off and Paid& Holiday Class 1-Public Holiday.

Second Column- Day Type for Saturday: It has been configured as, Blank in the First Place, which means Day Type 0-Work and Paid, & Holiday Class 0-Not a Public Holiday. This is set it as working day as if for the normal rules. Second Place Day Type 1-Off and Paid& Holiday Class 1-Public Holiday. Even it works with -, 1, 1, 1,,,,,,,,, - also.
