Enhancement Package 6 - HCM_ERC_ANALYTICS_1

Queries

With Enhancement Package 6 you can activate the business function HCM_ERC_ANALYTICS_1 with which you can activate the operative reporting without replicating data to a BW-system.

You will find some new queries available:

• 0HCM_ERC_T05_Q0001 - Efficiency of Posting Channels
  you can analyze the posting channels used to compare the applicants, hires and so on
• 0HCM_ERC_T06_Q0001 - Planned Job Interviews
  shows the planned job interviews in a particular date range
• 0HCM_ERC_T07_Q0001 - Efficiency of Application Sources
  analyzes the application sources  regarding assignments, offers, hires and hire dates
• 0HCM_ERC_T08_Q0001 - Activity Monitor
  overview of all completed activities of a particular date range
• 0HCM_ERC_T08_Q0002 - Time-to-fill
  shows how long it takes to fill a vacant position
• 0HCM_ERC_T09_Q0001 - Requisition Monitor
  analzyes requisitions with their different statuses
• 0HCM_ERC_T11_Q0001 - Efficiency of Candidacy Monitor
  EEO dataof the candidates

You will find the queries in portal role com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.15.recruiter (recruiter 1.51) with iView com.sap.pct.erp.recruiter.reports - NetWeaver Business Client Role is SAP_ERC_RECRUITER_CI_4.

The reason why the old roles were deleted is to ensure that with the new roles only the authorization objects are assigned which are really needed by the particular users/roles (see also note 1610602, 1691360 and 1709364).

The maintenance of the roles have to be performed in transaction SU22.

Distributed WD scenario

If you use a frontend and backend for the WD candidate services, you have to use

• SAP_ERC_INT_CAND_CLIENT_CI_4 on the UI system and
• SAP_RCF_INT_CANDIDATE_SERVER on the backend system

(same for external candidate).

Integrated scenario (no distributed WD scenario)

use the composite roles

• SAP_ERC_INT_CANDIDATE_CI_4 and
• SAP_ERC_EXT_CANDIDATE_CI_4

they are existing of the SAP_ERC_CAND_CLIENT_CI_4 and SAP_RCF__CANDIDATE_SERVER roles
