Organizational Management

Organizational Management enables you to do the following:

  • You can model the functional organizational structure and the reporting structure of your enterprise
  • You can analyze the current organizational plan according to your requirements
  • You can create further organizational plans as planning scenarios
  • You can guarantee efective Workflow Management by accessing the organizationl plan

Organizational Management provides a basis for other Human Resources components such as Personnel Development, and cross application components (like Workflow).

It is based on object-oriented designed, so each element represents an standalone object with individual characteristics (maintained in infotypes).
These objects are created and maintained individually and then linked togetherusing Relationships (infotype 1001).

The main objects in org management are:

O - Organizational units

S - Positions

P - Employees

C - Jobs
