We have an issue with Vacation pro-ration, when IT41 Vacation Service Dates are adjusted for Senior employees.  Depending on the configuration, Vacation does not pro-rate correctly for mid-year New Hires, or else, the 5^thanniversary year vacation increase does not pro-rate correctly.

Please use the Forums for topic specific questions. For the issue you are experiencing, I would advise you to check your Counting Rules to see if you are using Rel. to Date type using IT41.
