Object Manager

Purpose:

The reason for this page is to detailed how to hide or show the ‘object manager’ in R/3

Overview:

Currently in most PA and PD transactions the 'Object manager' functionality is provided to allow different search option to select object such as employees,poistion, organizational units ect.

This function can be disabled/activated at system level/users or screen level

Configuration: 

To activate the ‘Object manager’, switch ADMIN OBJMG must be set to blank in T77S0.

At user level, via SU01 or SU03, parameter OM_OBJM_NO_DISPLAY, should also be set to blank.

Then on transactions that uses the ‘Object manager’, such as PA20/30, PPOME, PP01 ect, it is possible to hide or show the object manager via menu setting, see print screen below
