In this document, I’d like to share a little bit knowledge in Time Evaluation for positive employee. Positive employee is person who has Time Management status is 1 or 2 in Infotype 0007. As you can see detail below:

The following are the standard values for the Time Management status:
Indicator 0 or BLANK:
The employee's actual times are not recorded, and his/her time data is not accounted using the time evaluation program.
Indicator 1:
The employee's actual times are recorded and he/she participates in time evaluation.
Example:
o The employee's actual times are recorded at a time recording terminal.
o The employee's actual times are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002).
Indicator 2:
Employees' actual times are recorded and they take part in plant data collection. Their time data is accounted using the time evaluation program.
Example:
o Employees' actual times are recorded using PDC systems.
o Employees' actual times are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002).
Indicator 8:
This indicator is intended for external employees. The employee's actual times are not recorded, attendances are recorded in the Attendances infotype (2002), and time data is accounted in time evaluation.
Indicator 9:
You can use indicator 9 for employees for whom only exceptions to the work schedule are recorded. In this case, the employees' actual times are not recorded, but they do participate in time evaluation.

These employees’s working time is be kept every day: from the time he comes in company until he goes out. In system, all check-in check-out will be stored in SAP database. Of-course Time Evaluation will use information to calculate, provide time results for using in Payroll.

But whenever have you wondering why these employees cannot be run Time Evaluation in future? Yes, I will show how we reject for running in future for these employees.
First, let’s see the picture below. The employee – 15865 – has an issue “Personnel number ended early”, so the final status, as you can see here, “Processing no completed for”: 1 employee.

How can Time Evaluation reject this employee? Look at Time Schema below:

Now following some important steps.
• IF POS, what does it mean?
POS Record actual times (Time Management status = "1" or "2")
• Now come to standard PCR: TD10.

If we are running actual Time Evaluation, Time processing will process continuously steps blow:

o HRS= BRELTI:

  • current time for time evaluation run refers to the date of the day to be for example, formation of difference times such as 36,5 O'Clock
    o HRS-SWTE
  • The latest time started at work
    o HRS?CTETOL
  • Compare current value in HRS with constant in V_T511K TETOL (Time tolerance for work end = 0).
    So If HRS current value < 0, we will exit Time Schema by TEXIT (Operation TEXIT exits the current schema block): “Final processing is carried out”.

That’s all. Thanks to standard PCR: TD10, we can be able reject running any positive time employee in the future.
