Overview
This page gives a technical background and useful basic information about condition handling, transactions and reports used in PIRs.
Condition related tables and how they are connected
The PIR related condition records are stored in two tables:
A018 - Material Info Record
A017 - Material Info Record (Plant-Specific)
Less frequently used are following tables:
A025 - Info Record for Non-Stock Item (Plant-Specific)
A028 - Info Record for Non-Stock Item
A066 - Info record per order unit
A067 - Plant Info Record per Order Unit
The condition values are stored in the tables KONH, KONP and KONM. The condition record entries are connected with the condition value entries over the KNUMH (Number of the Condition Record) field key.
You can search the tables A017 and A018 for supplier, material, purch org and plant. After that, You can search the condition value tables with the KNUMH value.
Scale prices in Info Records
The KONM table contains the scale price values. You can display and change the scale prices in ME13/ME12 transactions by selecting a condition record and pressing the Scales button:
Updating Info Record conditions
The Purchasing Info Record conditions can be updated in ME12 transaction directly.
However, there are other options as well. The transactions MEK2, MEK3 and MEK32 are also suitable to update the condition values. Also, it is possible to post IDOC (for example using the COND_A idoc type).
Many customers use custom reports or transactions to update the condition records directly.
Important: the field EINE-NETPR is only updated if the condition is changed in ME12 transaction.
To update the EINE tables with the price value and validity information, it is necessary to run the report RM06INP0.
The report will update the fields EINE-NETPR and EINE-PRDAT as well.
