Why am I not getting Activities in the application?

Valid For: xMSA Online 1.0

First make sure that when you create an Activity in CRM, the Employee Responsible = user creating the Activity. In order for this to work you need to ensure the following:

  1. Assign the users to business partners (each user needs to have a corresponding BP). Display a BP with type person, role employee and then click the identification tab and add the user name there.
  2. Set up determination procedure for activities and opportunities. This is done in IMG (transaction spro) --> basic functions --> partner processing --> define partner determination procedure.
