Some CMS action fails, the reason of which could not be determined by means of this troubleshooting guide.
You are going to create a ticket on BC-CTS-CMS
Kindly prepare the necessary data for analysis by SAP support. The following approach would provide optimum processing effectiveness:
- attach data as mentioned in SAP Note 1321831 and the log of the failing import step
- if available also attach the log file of the failed CMS action (like log of failed import step or assembly step)
