Problem

The DTR server is not available

Symptoms

DTR Web UI cannot be displayed, instead a "503 service unavailable" is shown

Solution

please refer to the following decision tree (more information):

710 and higher

1. invoke http://<host>:<port>/nwa/start-stop
2. click on "Java Applications"
3. enter into the filter field "enterpriseapp"
4. check if the application runs and restart if required
