Problem
You encounter a problem using the NWDI
Symptoms
NWDI behavior exposes some issue, described neither in this troubleshooting guide nor in existing SAP notes
Solution
Kindly prepare necessary data for analysis by SAP support. The following approach would provide optimal processing effectiveness:
- provide the name of the TSG page that linked you here
- attach necessary logs/traces to the ticket
- prepare your system to be connected from SAP side (via WTS, HTTP...)
