meData.xml is obsolete
print data stream is using mePrintContent.xml
that is the reason, template files are obsolete too, because data mapping is not working with mePrintContent.xml
templates must be updated to work with mePrintContent.xml
additionaly there should be a template using A4 format instead Letter format
