In the spirit of providing you with one single channel to submit improvement requests and influence SAP products, we are happy to announce that for SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR), we decided to follow the SAP Customer Influence process.
Based on this decision, we opened the ‘Continuous Influencing Session’ for SAP ECTR, which you can access (link) after your log on to the Customer Influence site.
The new process is described as well in the SAP Note 2307014.
Please note, the Customer Influence site has just migrated onto a new platform, where you can influence SAP through a renewed and redesigned site – for your convenience we kept the URL you already know https://influence.sap.com/.
What is in it for you right now on the new landing page?
- Quick links to explore the site either by Line of Business, Industry, Product Category, or Influence Opportunity.
- How-to guide and other materials to help you navigate through the site
- If you are a former user of the former platform, your previous selection of Areas of Interest, is already migrated to the new site. Nevertheless, please make sure your preferences are still up to date, so you do not miss new opportunities to participate in (quick access to your Areas of Interest).
We hope these improvements will bring even more transparency and efficiency in the way you collaborate with SAP!
