In general
Due to customer requirements from patch 34 (1.1.21.028) of the SAP ECTR Interface to PTC Creo "Update Attributes" works only for originals in "Edit" mode.
Prerequisite
From patch 37 (1.1.23.020) of the SAP ECTR Interface to PTC Creo it is possible to allow "Update Attributes" again also for originals which are not in "Edit" mode.
To enable this a new configuration in the configurator of the SAP ECTR Interface to PTC Creo is available:
