ESCE works with SAP experts and SAP customers to provide the best-in-class support in terms of collaboration, empowerment and Innovation & value realization.

ESCE addresses customers on all deployment options: Hybrid landscape (with SAP on-premise solutions) and Cloud landscape only (with/without SAP SaaS solutions).

Meet-the-Expert (MTE) sessions are live webinars provided by SAP experts focusing on the support aspects of the latest SAP technologies. Recorded sessions are available in the replay library for self-paced consumption.

 Newly available ESCE Services

 

ESCE program has recently released new services that you could benefit from, in Expert Guided Implementation (EGI) service and in Continuous Quality Checks (CQC) service.

  • EGI are remote workshops in one-to-many format, scheduling by SAP ES Academy. You must be already registered to the Learning Hub for the SAP ES Academy.

  • CQC are remote analysis that we deliver on a given scope and for a given product life-cycle event. You must contact your Enterprise Support representative to register (or directly ESAC program, see section ESAC below).

If you are not registered to the Learning Hub, URLs will bring you to the  SAP ES Academy homepage  for registration (a valid SAP User is mandatory).

New EGI services are in preparation for 2019, as well as the scope extension of traditional CQC (Continuous Quality Check) services. Please stay tuned and expect official communication from SAP Enterprise Support throughout Q1 2019.

 

  Engage with SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) to co-innovate

 

ESAC program is a privileged channel for customers who want to become early adopters on new SAP innovations.

Every year ESAC selects customers on predefined topics around SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Leonardo. With direct access to SAP Experts, you experience a close-collaboration based on a "learning by doing" methodology, and you influence how we will address the topics later-on to the ESCE community.

ESAC is also your channel to book CQC services for SAP Fiori Cloud. You may contact us at sap_enterprise_support@sap.com and request for an on-boarding.

   Benefit from the Value Map program, for Digital Innovation

 

SAP Enterprise Support Value Maps are another pillars from Enterprise Support, created to provide you with a structured and goal-based approach on the most critical SAP topics.
