I can't find the SQL Server 2016 media on Service Marketplace, what to do?
The SQL Server 2016 media is only available for customers who have acquired SQL Server from SAP. If you have acquired it from a partner/re-seller, or directly from Microsoft, you will see only the Framework media which contains the SQL4SAP. If you have acquired SQL Server from SAP and still can't see the media on Support Portal, check this wiki page for more details.
Is In-memory OLTP supported with SAP?
The In-Memory OLTP, previously known as Hekaton, is not supported by SAP NetWeaver based products.
