Purpose

Removing Sales Orders and Outbound deliveries entries in the database tables from SCM system.

Overview

These table entries are required to do the calculation in the supplier delivery performance rating, service fill monitor, service loss analysis.

/SCMB/SCRDSO   - Sales Orders

/SCMB/SCRDOD - Outbound deliveries

Run report /SCMB/SCR_DB_REMOVE_OLD

To be on the safe side and to allow short runtimes of the report, choose only 1000 or even less documents. You can run the report several times.

Best way to select fields like Example settings in the number of days: Think of a scenario where purchase orders and deliveries are usually processed within 8 weeks and scheduling agreements are updated every year. The cleanup report should run as short as possible.
This would then lead to the following settings:
Number of days left untouched = 90
Number of days for long-terms = 400

the report would be planned to be run once a day

For urgent cases, you can free the table /SCMB/SCRDSO data using below note of local report if you want using the report “z_scmb_scrdso_refresh” applying the below note code correction.

Note "1560305 - The database table /SCMB/SCRDSO is growing very fast" to delete tables data.
