Step 1: Welcome

Welcome to the SAP Integrated Business Planning applications!

Thank you for taking the next step on your journey to a better Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process. We at SAP are committed to your success and helping you realize benefits from your investment.

The System Administrator specified in the Onboarding Checklist (IBP) or the Provisioning Requirements Survey (Starter Edition) should be receiving URLs to your IBP systems.
Emails are sent from: , or
Tip: make sure your email software doesn’t block this email address to avoid it going to your SPAM/Junk Mail email.

Starting March 1st 2021, the IBP Onboarding process changed in the way that no password notifications are sent out anymore for the IBP tenants. The initial logon to the IBP tenants has to be done via SAP IAS (Identity Authentication Service).

Step by step guidance in a video how to log into your SAP IBP system using SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS): Video

Starting June 1st, 2021new IBP customers will no longer automatically receive their IBP Production environment on their contract start date.  Instead, customers must request their IBP Production environment, when they are ready to use it, using the SAP for Me portal. For more information, including steps on how to use SAP for Me to request the environment, please refer to the following community blog post: Now provision your SAP Integrated Business Planning production environment using SAP for Me.

With initial provisioning, customers will get the following notifications:
IBP Test Tenant Access Information, Idendity Authentication (IAS) Test Tenant activation, Cloud Integration (CI-DS) Tenant activation (Test & Prod are on the same tenant), SDI Test Access and SDI Test Admin.
After the IBP production environment was requested via SAP for Me portal, customers will get the following notifications:
IBP Production Tenant Access Information, Idendity Authentication (IAS) Production Tenant activation, SDI Production Access and SDI Production Admin.

Starting with IBP 2108 release (Aug 2021), SAP Cloud Identity Services – Identity Provisioning (IPS) is bundled with SAP IBP which means that IBP customers can request IPS tenants free of charge. Use of IPS with IBP is optional.  IBP customers who do not plan to use IPS should not request the IPS tenants.
Customers who want to use IPS with IBP, need to request the IPS tenant via incident on component SCM-IBP-OPS-SRV:  SAP Help - Requesting IPS
