As described in the SAP note # 434011 the no start after restriction cannot be used to define the time frame of a periodic job.

# 434011   - "no start after" restriction does not work

If you are required to schedule a periodic job with specific conditions like hereunder, you should define a factory calendar instead of using the no start after restriction.

In the factory calendar's special rules section you can define the relevant working days. After that the job can be scheduled as a daily job.

- Planned Start: 7th working day of the month (For example: 10th March 2015)

- No Start after: Last working day of the month (For example: 31st March 2015)

- Job frequency: Daily
