1. Objectives

The Data provider /STDF/DP_BPA_KPI gives you access to all metrics of BPA (Business Process Analytics).

2. Supported Renderer

The BPA_KPI data provider supports the following renderers:

3. Attributes

3.1 Solutions Tab

In the tab Solution we can select:

  • Solutions
  • Branches
  • MonitoringID
  • System
  • Client

3.2 KeyFigures Tab

In the tab KeyFigures we can select the key figure.

3.3 Dimensions Tab

In the tab Dimensions we can select:

  • Dimensions
  • Dimensions Values

3.4 Filters Tab

In the tab Filters we can select:

  • Filters
  • Filters_Values

3.5 Options Tab

In the tab Options we can select:

  • Skip Zero
  • Days

4. Validation

Validation is done from the Business Process Analytics:

Use transaction : sm_workcenter => Business Process Improvement => Business Process Analytics

In this part we will take an example:


3.1 Solutions Tab

Select the time frame from the Business Process Analytics then click on "Apply Timeframe"

You can choose the solution and the branch. then you can select the monitoring ID and the System/ Client:

3.2 KeyFigures Tab

When choosing an element from the monitoring ID the list of key figures will be reduced accordingly

3.3 Dimensions Tab

After selecting a key figure the button Start Analysis for Selected Key Figure is enabled.

Click on it. You will be redirected to a new page.

Use the available filters on the left side of the page with the drug and drop option.

3.4 Filters Tab

After selecting one value from the first filter (in this example Location), choose a second filter (in this example: Creation ind.) and select one value.
