Accessing Business Process Monitoring Functions

Business Process Monitoring functions in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 can be accessed via transactions SM_WORKCENTER or SOLMAN_WORKCENTER. Both transactions will start the SAP Solution Manager launch pad.

The launchpad contains the direct access to all BPMon related functions in section "Business Process Monitoring" or "Business Process Operations".

You can change the display of the tiles via the pen-icon in the lower right-hand corner.

If you enter the BPOps tools via the launchpad, the respective tool will be opened.. For details on how to use the respective BPMon function in Solution Manager 7.2, navigate via the tree on the left hand side.

Prerequisites

Prerequisite for using Business Process Monitoring in Solution Manager 7.2 is that Business Process Monitoring is configured and active for at least one business process. See the wiki page BPMon Setup in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 for details.
