Check: No errors are reported by Alert Calculation Engine
Steps
- Start Work Center Solution Manager Administration: [http://solman_host:solman_port/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_workcenter?WORKCENTER=AGS_WORK_SM_ADMIN
- Select Infrastructure in the left menu
- Select Framework
- Select Alerting Framework
- Select Exception
- Filter Important and Very Important messages
- Filter Subobject "Alert Calculation Engine"
- Check that no error exist for the troubleshooted metric
- If a message exist, follow the instruction or try to reapply MAI template on managed object (see below)
