Check: ICM configuration is correct in MAI Alerting Directory
- Connect to Alerting Directory: [http://[solman_host]:[solman_port]/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/wda_ac_dir_browser
- Select navigation by "Managed Object Type"
- Expand the node "Interface Channel"
- Select the channel you want to troubleshoot in the list
- Check that all metrics that were setup are properly listed and configured
How to fix
- If the configuration in Alerting Directory does not match what was setup:
- Reset step 5.4 of ICM setup: "Interface Channel Monitoring Activation"
