Purpose

This page is created to help you specifying the recommended version and compatibility for Portal Content BP (Business Package) SRM package.

Overview

The recommended version of BP SRM can be found in Launchpad using Software Center. The necessary steps are described below.

First open Software Center using the following URL: Launchpad - Software Center.
Enter search term "sap srm 7.0". (You can also search the package names directly, for example: SUPPORTALCONT, SUP-PORTAL, LAC, SRMJVTB, BP SRM)
Here click the entry based on your SRM Version and make sure that you choose Maintenance Product.

Click Entry By Component, then Portal Content or Portal Content SRM.
