You cannot load this dump because it contains functionality that is available only on the server on which it was dumped.

This message is output when you try to LOAD a dump that is from a higher-version ASE that is using newer features that are not available on your server version.
It is sometimes possible to downgrade the database before dumping it so it willl be loadable on earlier versions using the sp_downgrade_esd stored procedure.
Alternatively, you can upgrade your server.

Diagnostic action:

Run "LOAD DATABASE <dbname> FROM <dump device> WITH HEADERONLY.

The dump header includes a list of features in the dump that may not be available in your version.   Only the feature number
is output for features that are newer than your current version, as the older version has no way of knowing the names
of features that will be invented in the future..

In general, if a higher value is reported, contact support and ask us to check in the backup server source code for newer "DUMP_FS_NAMES" values

If the value is much higher than the values listed, or does not make sense, be aware that there is a bug when Error 3621 is raised with State 2 where the feature ID is a garbage value.  See KBA 3252070.
