Activate ODBC trace or PD Proxy debug level

Using the following steps you can activate a trace at ODBC level:

1. Open ODBC Data Source Administrator
2. go to tab "Tracing"
3. Start Tracing Now
4. < reproduce the issue >
5. Repeat step 1 to 3 and click on 'Stop Tracing'
6. Check the log generated under the path indicated 'Log File Path'.
